Born and raised in Plymouth, Jon attended Plymouth University where he gained his statistics degree, after which he had a long career as a manager for Royal Mail and then for Millbrook Healthcare before qualifying as an ICB bookkeeper, He has always been very active in the Devon and Cornwall cricket scene and for over 13 years has sat on the Cornwall Cricket League Committee  and is currently treasurer and registration secretary  

Originally from Whimple, Devon, Sarah attended business school in Manchester where she lived for many years and had a successful career in the motor industry, before returning to the south west to work for Royal Mail as a deputy manager and then running her handmade furnishings business, now a qualified ICB bookkeeper, She enjoys walking with her dogs and husband and volunteers with a sled dog rescue charity
